1. Who we are
Jayant Padhi, Shankar Bhandar, Keonjhar, Odisha 758001, India, operates this website. For any privacy question, contact us at mail@jayantpadhi.com or +91 79780 69950.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, monthly ad budget and any message you submit through our enquiry form or by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Client engagement data: billing details, advertising account access, campaign performance data and lead records shared with us to deliver the service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL and pages visited, collected automatically when you browse this site.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and improve our advertising services, measure campaign performance, issue invoices, comply with legal and tax obligations, and, where you have opted in, send you occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we disclose it to and how
We share personal information only where necessary, with the following categories of recipients, via secure transfer over encrypted connections or through the recipient's own platform:
- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, to run and measure your campaigns.
- Hosting, database, analytics and email service providers that operate our website and store enquiry submissions on our behalf.
- Payment processors and our accountants, for invoicing and statutory compliance.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable Indian law or legal process.
These providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we require appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site and our campaigns may use cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to measure traffic and conversions. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less well.
6. Security practices
We protect information with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access-controlled databases with row-level security, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all advertising, email and hosting accounts, and a least-privilege policy under which only people working on your account can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we review access regularly and remove it when an engagement ends.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, typically eight years. You may ask us to delete data earlier where we are not required to keep it.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email mail@jayantpadhi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
