Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Engagement term

Advertising management engagements with Jayant Padhi start with an initial term of 90 days. This period is required for campaign learning, creative testing and tracking data to produce a fair assessment of performance. After the initial 90 days, the engagement continues on a month-to-month basis.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, send written notice by email to mail@jayantpadhi.com from the email address associated with your account, or call +91 79780 69950 and follow up in writing. Please include your business name and the date you wish the service to end.

• During the initial 90 days: the engagement may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; fees for the notice period remain payable.
• After the initial 90 days: cancel any time with 15 days' written notice before the next billing date.

We acknowledge every cancellation request in writing within 2 business days. Campaigns are paused and full control of your ad accounts is handed back at the end of the paid period.

3. Refund eligibility

• Unused media spend held by us on your behalf is refunded in full.
• Service fees for work already delivered (audits, campaign builds, creative production, management of a period already worked) are non-refundable.
• Prepaid fees for a future period in which no work has begun are refunded in full.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full. Report them within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Cancellation before work starts: if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before onboarding or account access has begun, you receive a full refund.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear. Bank charges or payment-gateway fees deducted at the time of the original transaction are not recoverable.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, email mail@jayantpadhi.com with the details and we will review it within 7 business days. This policy is governed by the laws of India and forms part of our Terms of Service.
